Candidate shall not be placed into 2 different job orders

Steps to reproduce

• create 'candidate1'
• create 'joborder1' and 'joborder2'
• add 'candidate1' and 'candidate 2' into pipeline of 'joborder1' and 'joborder2'
• go to 'joborder1' and change status of 'candidate1' to be placed
• go to 'joborder2' and change status of 'candidate1' to be placed

candidate1 is then in 2 job orders in status placed. Is this OK?
