[BUG] - dark red in dark mode is hard to read

Description

This is minor appearance issue. When a browser is set to use dark mode, the text in the oml spec can be quite hard to read. Users that experience color-blindness probably have a hard time with dark red on black combo as well.

Expected Behavior

media selector for dark mode needs some adjustment to make it easier to read.
