ObServer has no error message when hard disk is full

Currently, when you try to upload media to the server but the hard drive is full, you will get the error message: "File upload was not successful. Please try again", or "File Format is not supported".

The server needs to give the proper error message saying "Hard disk is full, no space to upload media", or something along those lines.
