Using POLLY for billingual tests, music cuts out for a few seconds and silence back to tts message.

Play test alerts in order of languages selected. ie if French selected, play FR first, followed by EN OR if EN Primary and EN Secondary, play the EN message twice. Will expand later to include indigenous.
