Added a new script to make this a bit more handy "out of the box"

It's now possible to grab a limited number of records (the most recent), which allows the program to run quickly and grab the current blood glucose. Thus it's suitable to write a simple shell script that polls the CGM to check for lows & create an audible alert.

I updated the README also.
