Update pull request when using „@codex fix comments“

What feature would you like to see?

Whenever I let Codex review a pull request on GitHub and then use „@codex fix comments“ it will do it, but ask you to create a new branch.

It would be far nicer if it could just create a new commit within that originating branch which fixes the issues to better keep track of changes in one pull request.
