Debugging aid: keep temporary files if programmer asks

We need some way to tell the code not to delete temporary files as a way to help debugging. I vote for an environment variable named OPENADDR_KEEPFILES. Also should probably log the paths of those files so the programmer can find them.

Does anyone else want this feature? I've managed to mostly survive without, although it would have been handy a few times. If no one else speaks up I'll close this in a few days and not do anything.

I think it'd be handy, but not needed in the immediate future. Suggest that we move it out of this milestone but leave it open?
