Signature keys mismatch for php builds

It looks the packages were rebuilt/ re-signed, but kept identical filename. E.g. the main mirror has the same filenames with different timestamp and size (at the moment dated 6-Jan) https://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/repositories/home%3A/el%3A/archphp/Arch/x86_64/

Unfortunately there is a problem, which cannot be quickly resolved: download.opensuse.org relies only on filenames and assumes there are no different files with the same name but different content.

Recommended solutions until this is resolved:

1. Rebuild the packages somehow, which should change their name. or
2. Use some mirror directly instead of download.opensuse.org, the list should be visible at https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/el:/archphp/Arch/x86_64/php71-7.1.33-10-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst.mirrorlist
