Need category "measurementDevice"

The category deviceUsage is sometimes too broad. For example, in the Measurement schema, the property measuredWith can take a SlicingDeviceUsage instance as a value, which clearly doesn't make sense.

I suggest adding a new category measurementDevice or measurementDeviceUsage.

Suggestion makes sense to me. But this is not really a bug. It will be a major change though since the update would not be backwards compatible. Should keep this on the list for openMINDS v5.0

This should be discussed for v5.0 but systematically for general new device categories.
