Add maxLines attribute in EditTexts of KYC Registration level 2 and 3

Summary:

In KYC Registration level 2 and 3 there are two EditTexts in which maxLines attribute is not defined. This causes the UI glitch in both the fragments as shown in the screenshots.

Steps to reproduce:

[dev] Home --> Complete KYC --> goto Level 2 and Level 3

Expected behavior:

android:maxLines attribute should be included in EditTexts

Observed behavior:

android:maxLines attribute is missing in EditTexts which causes UI glitch.

Device and Android version:

Device : Redmi 4 Version : 7.1.2
