FEAT: Cashier Transactions and Summary

Summary:

Since each Loan officer is a cashier, it would be a great feature to add the Interface for them to view all transactions

Expected behaviour:

once the button for fetch is clicked, the total money in and out should be displayed and the net balance, also all the transaction posted should be shown possibly like the screenshot.
