FEAT:Loan officers are not Supposed to see center, clients and group that are not attached to them :
Loan officers are not Supposed to see client, center and group that are not attached to them, the app should only load LOGGED on Loan officers data. This helps to increase speed, avoid possible LO bad intentions
Steps to reproduce:
Log on to the app with any loan officer id
Expected behaviour:
Only clients, groups and centers attached to the ID should be loaded from the server
Observed behaviour: All clients, groups and centers are loaded from the server database

Santa Maria Group 2 is not attached to the logged in loan officer and should not show or be loaded from the server, so also is the centre and clients
