Top Right corner TextView in Center List Fragment is not understandable

Summary:

There is a textview in CenterListFragment which is not understandable as there is no description for it

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Centers from Navigation Drawer
2. Notice the number on top right corner of any item

Expected behaviour:

There should be an indicator to describe that the particular number is the center id.

Observed behaviour:

TextView without description is implemented.

Device and Android version:

Android 10 OnePlus 6 Stock ROM
