✨ Feat : Add New roles and policy UI - Part 1

I worked on adding new roles and policy UI and this PR will add support for the following things.

• Roles listing page
• Policies listing page
• Role details page
• Policy details page

This is the first part and in the next patches, I will be working on other pages and unit tests.
