Steps 2-7 in 'Virtual Interns' section of the navbar go to sub-links

Problem

In the navbar under 'Virtual Interns', Steps 2-7 go to links that are in the description of each step. This can cause users to miss important information that is listed in each step's main section.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Click on links in the navbar under 'Virtual Interns' for Steps 2-7

Proposed solution

Have each section be similar to Step 1, with sub-links indented
