option '--skip-chrome' doesn't allow an argument

Open hkirsman opened this issue 1 month ago • 3 comments

I went to id.ee to update the software on my Ubuntu, but i was not able to complete it without doing small modification.

The error message was: /usr/bin/pkcs11-register: option '--skip-chrome' doesn't allow an argument

So I changed: /usr/bin/pkcs11-register --skip-chrome=off --skip-firefox=off to /usr/bin/pkcs11-register --skip-chrome --skip-firefox

My Ubuntu version:

lsb_release -a

Distributor ID:	Ubuntu
Description:	Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS
Release:	24.04
Codename:	noble

What version opensc is installed? It should be fixed in RIA repository.

I wonder why it does not install this version https://installer.id.ee/media/ubuntu/pool/main/o/opensc/. It should update apt cache and force install/upgrade opensc https://github.com/open-eid/linux-installer/blob/master/install-open-eid.sh#L93-L94
