[BUG] NPC villagers on multiplayer server with chest GUI shows custom villager GUI

Expected Behavior

shows the double-chest gui (this is the vanlla double-chest gui, expected the texture pack double-chest texture or other "double-chest" texture specified for similar situations)

Actual Behavior

shows the villager gui

Steps To Reproduce

use a resoucepack with custom gui for each villager, in a server like hypixel bedwars and right-clicking a npc villager that opens a chest gui like a shop

Fabric loader 0.15.10 1.20.1

2.1.6

I didn't test it with optifine but a texturepack i found commenting the bug only mentioned optigui

Is this an issue in the latest 2.3.0 beta?

I tried it on another villager npc and it was fixed, it did open the chest gui (I didn't have time to enter a game to test it in the same villager but i believe its the same). and for some reason the texture pack buttons did not load but I think that is due to the update 1.20.1 to 1.20.2

Which texture pack buttons? The villager ones? It's tracked in #93.
