OptiGUI NeoForge code for Minecraft 1.21.4. Will be merged when OptiGUI 3 reaches beta stage next year.

This code is missing an event bus subscription to AddClientReloadListenersEvent, which has added in neoforged/NeoForge#1915 for Minecraft 1.21.4, so even if this compiles, OptiGUI will not load any resources.

For Minecraft 1.21/.1 NeoForge, use Connector.
