new front-end uploader

~~It is currently using HTML5Uploader as the front-end with some minor modifications.~~

The following would need to be done:

  • [x] new design
  • [x] custom valid filenames
  • [x] replace js uploader
  • [x] ~~resumable uploads (#2)~~
  • [ ] upload from different sources (#3)
