Update dependencies

The current version of Onyx doesn't work with the current version of Crystal's db shard, requiring db version 0.6.0 to work. This means both an outdated db package, and an outdated database driver (for instance, sqlite must be fixed at version 0.13.0 in order for onyx to work). The dependencies should be updated in order to give users the best experience.
