About links within a page

Hi. Not moved to anchors on the same page

• It doesn't respond when I click on it.
• It moves when opened in a new page.
• The link from "blog" to the anchor works.
• "Qwik" works on its own, so it's not an inherent problem.

For example

Features.tsx 49<section class="scroll-mt-16" id="features"> Footer.tsx 14{ title: "Features", href: "/#features" }, <nav> is the same
