Capture privacy notices and consent (US)

This functionality has only been made available recently in iOS SDK v25.0.0 and Android SDK v12.0.0; however, without giving a clear indication of when this API would also be made available to the RN SDK, your team announced earlier already that the capturing of this info needs to happen before end of July otherwise you will cease to process applicant data for us. This cutoff date unfortunately collides head-to-head with our product code freeze and release timeline and the uncertainty is making things difficult for us to manage.

Due to our prior unsuccessful experience attempting to set up a communication regarding #82, we are now also raising this here in order to get some awareness on this issue from your team.
