Been a fan for a while but it now triggers an error: "QLFits3.qlgenerator” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software" Previously installed manually via binary but tried brew install with same result.

For someone who remains perplexed by this warning message, this website summarizes four approaches. With my experience Method 1, i.e. a right-clicking, usually solves the issue of APP opening.
