Update permissions to publish to gh-pages
Top-level lockdown uses empty/no permissions; whereas job-level uses write permissions with token
Refer to app/dev CI job with successfull publishing job 19/03/2024

@mvincerx Can you submit a PR to both the development and the release/2024.1 branches?

The release/2024.1 branch will be merged to the mater branch in the next release.
