The sample of matrix_multiply.exe in vtune tool folder doesn't work on Windows
When running oneAPI-samples-2023.2.0\Tools\VTuneProfiler\matrix_multiply_vtune\x64\Debug>matrix_multiply.exe, it doesn't work. there is error happening below, and i also verified 2023.1.0, the same issue is reproduced.
