Document says "setting ZE_FLAT_DEVICE_HIERARCHY to 1" - error?

The documentation has one (typo?) possible issue when it says: "setting ZE_FLAT_DEVICE_HIERARCHY to 1" in the https://spec.oneapi.io/level-zero/latest/core/PROG.html#affinity-mask section.

I think this is an error and the "1" should be "FLAT"

However, this is the loader repo, please report spec issues here (and close this one): https://github.com/oneapi-src/level-zero-spec/issues

You could also mention that the same error is there twice.

PS. I'm not related to either projects (just L0 user), but I've done the same filing mistake myself!
