Seed example improvement with avatar

Since seed example is quite important for demonstrating, with @ripzery PR we will be able to add Token avatar soon we can improve the seed example with

• All token should have initial avatar when seeded.
• All account will also have default avatar with identicon similar to github (this work by default without --example flag).
• User too (same as account).
