Added nightly email scripts for oltpbench results

The purpose of this code is to load the last 2 results from the website's database for the given benchmarks and report via email if the performance metrics have increased or decreased.

Usage: (from project home directory) $ python ./manage.py shell < scripts/nightly_email.py
