ollama-python Add custom client earlier in README

Without this it's not immediately apparent that the library is making HTTP requests, or to where it might be making them.

I'm okay with the callout to The library connects to Ollama running on http://localhost:11434 by default. but it should be moved up to right under the description.

I'd rather not add the host callouts in here as they are more Ollama related and not directly the library. I think it would be better to add a link to https://github.com/ollama/ollama/blob/main/docs/faq.md instead.

@ParthSareen I know you said to move it up - I had that in 345b864 - but I think the sub-bullet makes it more clear. Agree with your review on how to change the server being out of scope here.
