Which CP/M disk format?

What format is the cpm/micro-prolog.dsk image in? When I try to mount it under CP/M 2.2 running on a Z80-MBC2, DIR gives somewhat-meaningful output but trying to access any file gives "Bad sector". And cpmls from cpmtools 2.20 gives nonsense no matter which -f I specify.

Hi Boris, I actually have no idea :-( I placed the CP/M version here just for completeness, and my tries to test it had similar results.
