Programs disappearing on 5120 x 1440

I have a super widescreen with 49" and 5120x1440. Whenever I try to take a screenshot of the screen, all the programs disappear. Scaling the monitor down to a lower resolution allows the screenshot to happen. Not really sure what more information I can offer and hope it can be fixed. :)

OS is Windows 10.
