libPythonQt.so.2.1 error

After following the instructions in #218, I'm still getting the following error when I try to start screencloud: screencloud: error while loading shared libraries: libPythonQt.so.2.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I'm running Elementary OS Loki, based on Ubuntu 16.04
