camelcase with abbreviations and Spaces

camelcase("ABC TEST") returns aBEST I would expect something like: abcTest or just ABCTEST as a fallback. Microsoft suggests the same

blank spaces don't seem to work in general though. camelcase("a Dog") should result in aDog and not og imo
