Release 1.2.1 missing on Pypi

I see that you have pushed a change (cc7d5eb) to bump the version number to 1.2.1 but this version is not available on Pypi, is that intended?

It would be wonderfull if you can push the latest version of stringcase (1.2.1) to pypi.

@okunishinishi If you are no longer maintaining this then we can fork and push a new library to pypi. That is obviously not ideal.
