Background logging mode not working
Hey, I’m trying to run SyncML in the background to capture logs. I’m using version 1.4.0. What I do is open PowerShell 5.1 as admin and run the command:
. "C:\Users\mhorbacz\Downloads\SyncMLViewer-v140\SyncMLViewer.exe" /b
That launches SyncML just fine, and the background mode option gets selected automatically:
Then I start the sync process. It runs, but the problem is that no log file shows up in the SyncMLViewer folder.
I was on vacation for the last 2 weeks. I will have a look into it.
I can't reproduce the issue. Tried various locations etc. the log file is always created. Do you still experience the issue?
Hi Oliver,
Thanks for picking up this case and your reply. Since I raised it I did have need to use your tool 😅 I could try to reproduce the issue but since it was so long ago you tried and didn't find anything I think that we can close this case.
Z poważaniem/ Kind regards MH
