collections on Bibsoup.net are bringing internal server errors and aren't associated with creator

Hello - I was trying Bibsoup.net and created two sets of records from an RIS file. Both records generate an internal server error when I try to retrieve them: http://bibsoup.net/copystarIR/physics_professor.

As well, the collection is owned by me but not accessible from my profile page.

I suspect there's something amiss with the server configuration... or is this a software bug?
