Check if name is in request seems faulty

When adding a request on FragdenStaat and then using a first or last name with only one character, the check before saving the request fails with the message, that you should not use your name inside the request.

It seems, that the single character is matched against the text and returns true.

A solution could be, to add a checkbox, that a user can tick and verify that the name isn't contained in the text.

I don't see a good solution to this. A checkbox for such an edge case seems too much.
