Update Team page to add more contributors

Some people who have contributed in some way or another to the project don't yet appear on the team page.

We should maintain a list of all the various contributors there, not just the folks who are working part-time/full-time on the project.

Vivaldi has a nice looking Team page that also uses circles like ours, but also features descriptions only on hover (need to figure out how to make that work on touch devices. Maybe tapping to expand?). cc @willstanley95
