Is it possible to set proxy user name and password?

I tried to parse address in the form of user:passwd@server_address to allow specifying user name and password for http and socks proxies. Here's the commit.

I've looked at the document "CFProxySupport Reference", but it's not very clear to me whether it's possible to set system proxy user name and password.
