Restore last selected proxy settings upon startup

This is a feature request.

Currently, proxy menu always selects direct connection upon startup. Restoring the last selected proxy would be better.

I'm going to rely solely on ProxyMenu to manage my proxy settings instead of creating different locations. Thanks for your work :+1:
