A minor change to NVMADR and bugfixes for UART2:

assembler tests for definition of NVMADR now instead of an specific PIC before it sets the register
UTXEN wasn't set for UART2
corrections where .if conditions werent changed for UART2 after (presumably) C&Ping from UART1
