[Aalborg] Data

Aalborg was supported but their API change made meta data unavailable. I only added a parser for their API to gather live data but someone has to somehow get the meta data and complete it.

Aalborg is now completely broken. The original source http://plcinfo.mintrafik.dk/ is not available anymore. There exists an app which could be reverse engineered to retrieve a usable data source.
