ITI47: omissions are not necessarily restrictions

In ITI-47 (PDQV3 Query), some elements (like birthPlace) are "omitted", while they are authorized (explicitly listed) in ITI-44 (PIX Feed). CP-ITI-1293 has been filled to clarify the profile on that subject.

Hi Quentin I have nothing against re-inclusion of patient demographic attributes like BirthPlace, but have a question regarding the query parameters in section 3.47.4.2.2.2, e.g. ExecutionAndDeliveryTime, SortControl, MatchWeight, etc.: Does their re-activation mean that the server (the PIX Manager) shall respect them? Is this additional functionality really desired?
