add domain validation support to TLSSyslogSenderImpl

Added the option to enable domain validation in SSLSocket. Besides the implementation, I added a localhost entry in the 2 keystore files to successfully run the test with enabled domain validation.

Thank you. I'm currently working on #304 and I will include your proposal to configure the domain validation, too (next to some other things).
