Experiment with native rust functionality of cloudflare workers surfacing forge/cast functionality?

• What if you can test/build any repo by just providing link to github project/commit? (or perhaps you can do it with repl, so no need)
• Perhaps surface the most widely used commands of cast?
• Perhaps just offer a way for people to run cast via the browser? (ethtools/cast/command/args)
