Add a transifex link when viewing a documention translation page

Hi, I was reading a bit of documentation in the spanish version here: https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/12.0/es/project/planning/forecast.html but I saw some typos, and it wasn't easy to figure out where to improve it.

I saw the link "Edit on GitHub" that was only pointing to the english original text.

i was wondering if you could add another link maybe called "Translate this document" for translators pointing to the transifex of each project, that is ex:

https://www.transifex.com/odoo/odoo-12-doc/translate/#es/project/

that means that you could just play with the parameters odoo-{{ODOO_VERSION}}-doc/translate/#{{LANG}}/{{PROJECT}}

That shouldn't be too hard to make indeed and could help translators. You can even prefill a search with the occurrence that contains the name of the page. We are alread constructing search queries in the transifex module on odoo/odoo.
