Odoo V12 python version 3.5 -> 3.6

Aren't we move the docker image python to 3.6 as it have been done in the Runboot env?

If you need 3.6, you may have a look at my image. https://github.com/llacroix/odoo-docker Since 15.0 is going to get released soon enough, it's likely to get unsupported from this official repo.

It's on docker hub but I don't update the repo as often as in the past since automatic update are disabled for a while. I continuously improve the entrypoint by adding more features.
