Correct ownership for /var/lib/odoo

Since /var/lib/odoo can be mounted as volume, the ownership should be checked and corrected before starting odoo.

AFAIK there is no easy solution to that. If we change the ownership, it means that the ownership of the shared directory on the host will be changed too, probably to an existing pointless user. I mean the user ID of odoo in the container is something like 101 or 104. It means that the user outside the container will not have access to those files anymore.

Have the same issue, is it important to mount this folder as a volume ? What does it contains ?
