Windows Poweshell/PyInstaller payloads not found- All other payloads getting detected by Windows 10 defender

While coming across a video tutorial of Phantom-Evasion, i saw Windows Powershell Modules. But when i cloned the repo, it didn't have this modules. Moreover all the payloads are getting detected by Windows 10 defender. Earnestly request you to please suggest and help.
