Grants permanent rain on the user.

Features:

  • Allows the user to fly with a trident more.
  • Extinguishes fire and/or reduces fire/lava/magma damage
  • Could have an effect on lava if the user steps into it, turning it to obsidian

All of this seems like to much for one item. I'd stick with just the trident flight. Are we accepting PRs?
